Manager
I am a Level 3 qualified childcare professional with 11 years of experience in early years education. As a Nursery and Pre-School manager, I oversee the daily operations of the setting, support staff development, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I’m passionate about providing high-quality care and early learning experiences that support each child’s individual needs.
Alice Peberdy
Deputy/SENDCo
I am a Deputy Manager and SENDCo with 15 years of experience in childcare and a Level 3 qualification in early years education. I help manage the day-to-day running of the setting, support and guide staff, and lead on inclusion and support for children with additional needs. I’m committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
